**Essential Responsibilities**
- ** You will Be the Expert**: Install, maintain, and service our state-of-the-art 3D metal printing systems (Laser Machines), ensuring they operate at peak performance.
- ** Document and Manage**: Accurately document service requirements and manage customer cases using our advanced service CRM, keeping everything organized and efficient.
- ** On-the-Go Problem Solver**: Conduct emergency visits and preventive maintenance, ensuring our customers' systems are always running smoothly.
- ** Quality Guardian**: Perform direct operations systems checks and execute tasks within a well-defined operations framework, maintaining the highest standards.
- ** Feedback Provider**: Offer valuable feedback on quality deviations from machine installations and operations, contributing to continuous improvement.
- ** Relationship Builder**: Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, delivering solutions that exceed their expectations and ensure their satisfaction.
- ** Adapt and Thrive**: Adapt your approach and demeanor in real-time to match the shifting demands of different situations, showcasing your flexibility and problem-solving skills.

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Experience in Services & Field Services, showcasing your ability to handle the job's demands.
- Trained electrical and mechanical engineering technician with a technical high school diploma or similar.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Available to travel extensively embracing the opportunity to explore and support customers.
- Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required.
