**What you will be doing**
- Pioneer an AI-driven learning ecosystem that consistently outperforms traditional education models
- Engage in virtual student interactions to gain invaluable insights for continuous system enhancement

**Key Responsibilities**
Lead the charge in developing and refining our AI-powered, teacher-free educational model across multiple campuses. Your mission is to continuously enhance our learning ecosystem by masterfully blending data analytics with direct student feedback. Success will be measured by concrete improvements in student performance, particularly in AP exam scores and MAP assessment growth.
- Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or related field
- Proven leadership experience in education or EdTech sectors
- Track record of designing and implementing AI systems for adaptive learning, content generation, or data analysis
- Deep understanding of learning science principles and data-driven educational strategies
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Successful experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing intricate projects
