The IT & Operations Department is responsible for coordinating and optimizing - including the use of outsourcing services - all operational activities in order to provide effective and functional operational support to Customers and Distribution Networks.

The resource, reporting to his manager, will take care of the following activities:

- Support in the management of the IT Demand process through which all change requests that impact the IT systems (Applications, Services and Infrastructures) coming from Business, Regulatory obligations and Bank Project Portfolio
- Support in the governance of the main IT outsourcers to which some components/services of the Information System have been outsourced.
- Support in the planning and monitoring of the IT budget for both ordinary (run the bank) and evolutionary (change the bank) management
- Support to the coordination with second and third level Control Structures (Compliance, AML and Audit) for issues that impact IT systems
- Support to the coordination with the Risk Department and the IT Security Service for IT risk issues
- 5 years experience
- Fluent in the English language
- Excellent computer skills (Office: Excel, Word, Access, Power Point)
- Previous experience in IT Governance roles in complex organizational structures
- Previous experience in the banking sector
- Problem solving capacity
- Ability to relate and communicate with management roles
- Flexibility
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills
