**Posizione**:
As a A++ **Architect, **it’s your job to lead a team to deliver unparalleled residential projects.
- Strong capability to manage architectural projects (coordinated with other disciplines) at different scales
- Strong capability to run the projects assigned in a proper way respecting: time, costs and quality
- Ensuring compliance with national regulations
- Monitoring the work of the team assigned, making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required
- Provide guidance to all the other stakeholders involved, by helping them to interpret design specifications
- Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner and that project requirements are met
- Acting as a mentor to new Architects and helping them fine-tune their design skills and improve their knowledge
- Networking and consulting with various professionals

**Requisiti**:

- Complete knowledge and experience in Project Management (any certification is a plus) and team building
- Complete knowledge and experience in materials, furniture and other specifications selection
- Complete knowledge and experience in Project Phases, in particular in Concept Design (CD), Schematic Design (SD), Technical and Detailed Design (DD)
- Strong ability to develop the BOQ (Bill Of Quantities)
- Fully respect of internal procedures and workflow, open to collaborate with other departments
- Good knowledge of BIM Process
- Good knowledge of and comfort using Revit, AutoCAD, (other software related the AEC Collection are a plus), Adobe Creative Suite (in particular InDesign) and MS Office
- Master’s degree and Professional License in Architecture, Engineering, or similar (Politecnico)
- 8+ years of project experience in an architectural practice with ample residential experience
- Proactive personality, problem solving attitude and able to work closely with the wider consultancy team to develop innovative technical design solutions
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- English and Italian proficiency
