**THE INTERNSHIP**:
The Marketing Intern will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Lead in the development and implementation of its marketing and business development plan. This will be accomplished through developing, maintaining and expanding marketing channels/methodologies to the healthcare community, within therapeutic rare diseases area and the public at large.

**We offer a 6+6 months internship
**Tasks & What You Will Be Learning**:

- Assist in the development of the promotional campaign
- Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
- Find new ways to foster the multichannel BI activity (ICP) towards stakeholders
- Assist in developing new digital social media campaigns from the ground up, considering our clients’ needs
- Assist in the development of the Integrated Brand Plan
- Assist in coordinating and developing various marketing methods including, direct mail, print ads, promotional and non promotional campaign
- Support the Marketing Team in performing analysis of marketing and sales data
- Work with our event marketing team to help organize events

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Economics or Pharmaceuticals Science
- Master in Pharmaceutical Management is a plus
- Languages: fluent Italian and good English knowledge, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Ms Office and strong passion for Digital
- Ability to work and cooperate with cross functional teams
- Attitude of active experimentation to find solutions for challenges and changes
- Agility and problem solving
