Your contribution to Prysmian's Success:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Open Innovation Manager to join our team at the Corporate Hangar offices.

As an Open Innovation Manager, you will act as a technical project manager, securing the implementation of innovation projects and coordinating stakeholders across business units and countries.

You will:
- Lead and manage innovation projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery.- Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders across various business units and countries to drive project success.- Act as a technical project manager, overseeing the technical aspects of innovation projects and ensuring alignment with business objectives.- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including top management.- Monitor and track the performance of innovation projects and provide regular updates.- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

You are the right fit if you have/are:
- Background in Engineering, Electronics or Material Science- Proficient in data analysis, complexity reduction, diagnosis, and innovation- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects- Passion for start-ups and innovation.- Fluent in both English and Italian- Strong communication & interpersonal skills- Decision making attitude, critical thinking and problem-solving skills- Strong teamwork skills, results oriented and ambitious mindset- Always enthusiastic about acquiring new knowledge
