Umana S.p.A. cerca INVENTORY PLANNERS per un’importante azienda del settore moda e lusso. Ti occuperai di gestire e ottimizzare l'inventario dell'azienda, pianificare e monitorare la produzione e le vendite, analizzare i dati di vendita e di magazzino, e sviluppare strategie per migliorare l'efficienza dell'inventario. Sarai responsabile della ricerca e sviluppo di nuove tecniche e strumenti per migliorare la gestione dell'inventario.

Responsabilità:

- Gestione e ottimizzazione dell'inventario: sarai responsabile di garantire che l'inventario sia sempre aggiornato e ottimizzato.
- Pianificazione e monitoraggio della produzione e delle vendite: dovrai pianificare e monitorare attentamente la produzione e le vendite per garantire che l'azienda possa soddisfare la domanda.
- Analisi dei dati di vendita e di magazzino: dovrai analizzare i dati di vendita e di magazzino per identificare eventuali problemi o opportunità.
- Sviluppo di strategie per migliorare l'efficienza dell'inventario: sarai responsabile della ricerca e sviluppo di nuove tecniche e strumenti per migliorare la gestione dell'inventario.

Requisiti:

- Esperienza in ruolo analogo maturata in contesti Retail, con un background di pianificazione del magazzino e della distribuzione
- Autonomia decisionale in contesti estremamente dinamici
- Orientamento al problem solving
- Team-working
- Forte capacità analitica per migliorare i processi
- Passione e alta motivazione per il marchio e i prodotti Loro Piana
- Buone capacità organizzative e di pianificazione
- Focalizzato sul raggiungimento degli obiettivi
- Curioso e innovatore, alla ricerca dell'eccellenza
- Spiccate competenze informatiche e capacità di lavorare efficacemente con Microsoft Office, sistemi informativi e strumenti software di analisi dei dati.
- Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese

Si offre contratto full time, a tempo determinato di 6 mesi.
