**AREE DI RESPONSABILITÁ**

In particolare la risorsa dovrà:

- Partecipare attivamente alle attività progettuali agendo come garante per l’ICT delle soluzioni software e governandole dal punto di vista del timing, rispetto delle milestone;
- Contribuire a stabilire un modello di collaborazione con i Business Analyst che operano all’interno delle Business Unit, garantendo la corretta aderenza dei processi all’interno dei sistemi informativi gestiti dall’ICT.
- Promuovere l’adozione di applicazioni integrate e condivise garantendo il rispetto del landscape ICT Corporate e locale;
- Assicurare la non duplicazione di funzionalità e soluzioni esistenti nei sistemi presenti nel landscape applicativo all’interno dell’ICT Corporate e locale;
- Contribuire a garantire l’evoluzione dell’architettura software ICT verso soluzioni scalabili e adattabili alle esigenze del business;
- Contribuire a migliorare linee guida e approccio alle attività relativamente alle implementazioni e al corretto utilizzo dell’ICT all’interno dell’azienda

**CARATTERISTICHE DEL PROFILO RICERCATO**:

- Buona conoscenza dei processi legati principalmente alle aree del **Ciclo Attivo, Planning e Logistica in ambito applicativo** con particolare focus sui più moderni paradigmi tecnologici legati alla digital transformation;
- Buona conoscenza dei sistemi ERP, in particolare **SAP**, un plus la conoscenza di S/4 Hana;
- Conoscenza di **sistemi CRM, BI, sistemi di planning, transportation e service**, in particolare Microsoft;
- Conoscenza delle principali metodologie di progetto Waterfall, Agile e Scrum;
- Conoscenza delle principali metodologie di gestione di un servizio come ITIL;
- Capacità ad **operare in contesti complessi, internazionali, con Business Unit differenti e con diversi system integrator**;
- Capacità di individuare soluzioni applicative in ottica di trasformazione digitale;
- Capacità di individuare sistemi che possano coesistere in un landscape Corporate;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
