Per **importante Gruppo Concessionario **del territorio di Frosinone, Methodos ricerca un/una

**IT Manager** che avrà il compito di responsabilità nella _pianificazione_ e lo _sviluppo_ di progetti di empowerment dei sistemi IT per promuovere e guidare i progetti che contribuiscano al buon risultato e creino valore per l’azienda,

Questa figura risponderà direttamente alla proprietà e avrà:

- Ruolo di responsabilità nella programmazione della configurazione di nuove macchine e nuovi software,
- Ruolo di responsabilità nel gestire le procedure relative alla messa a punto di strategie di Cyber Security adeguate, verifica del corretto funzionamento di software per la sicurezza e stesura di linee guida, protocolli e procedure funzionali.
- Ruolo di responsabilità nell’identificare le aree problematiche e implementare soluzioni strategiche in tempo,
- Capacità di gestione delle problematiche connesse al mondo dell’IT, l’identificazione e la gestione di nuove esigenze aziendali che coinvolgono l’IT e la scelta degli strumenti opportuni da implementare,
- Personalizzazione dei software e dei siti web chiave dell’azienda: WMS, sito istituzionale, sito per officine/ERCS, e-commerce
- WMS gestionale di magazzino: customizzazione dei processi, delle interfacce, creazione dei KPI e del reporting.

**Requisiti**:

- Formazione Laurea informatica, ingegneria informatica o percorsi compatibili e di specializzazione o master nell’area IT,
- Comprovata esperienza lavorativa come IT Manager o esperienza pertinente in ruoli di responsabilità e supervisione autonoma della materia IT,
- Ottima conoscenza della gestione técnica, dell'analisi delle informazioni e dei sistemi informatici hardware/software,
- Capacità di istruire il personale e trasferire in modo semplice temi specialistici complessi,
- Precedente esperienza nel ruolo di 3-5anni.
