**BTS PURPOSE & OBJECTIVES**

Business Transformation Services (BTS) is the management consulting arm of SAP. Our mission is to make SAP the transformation partner of choice for our customer in the realization of the Intelligent Enterprise in the Cloud to improve their competitiveness with and Industry and LoB Focus. Our main tasks and objectives:

- Act as trusted advisors for C-Levels and focus on the Customer Lifetime Value
- Assess Business Processes maturity and performances identifying opportunities of improvements with our solution capabilities
- Support demand generation and sales of services and software shifting from products to business outcomes
Contribute to the SAP Thought Leadership providing content rich support in events and via other media
- Collaborate with Partners according our Integrated Delivery Framework
**EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Higher education degree (Masters degree or MBA preferred e.g. business administration, economics, computer sciences, engineering etc.)

Experience
- At least 8 years professional work experience in consulting for business and SAP transformation or in comparable responsibility
- Experienced in interacting with CxOs, connect with their priorities and influence their agenda
- Experienced in Business Process analysis and reengineering
- Experienced in driving projects in complex and international environment
- Experienced in strategic thinking and conceptual design of complex programs

Competencies
- Solid knowledge in the SAP Solutions
- Good knowledge of current and future trends in main industry and the impact on business strategies
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, solid presentation skills
- Ability to explain the strategic direction of the SAP architecture
- Ability to manage customer’s expectations and communicate on controversial issues or difficult audiences
- Strong influencing skills to reach agreement on key decisions
- Ability to operate across organizational boundaries and influence across all management levels both internally and externally
- Self-confident, communicative and diplomatic character; strategic and analytical thinking; coordination and decision-making ability
- Demonstrate thought leadership and drive innovation
- Team player, proactive networking attributes, results and execution focused, willing to learn
- Fluent written and spoken English, Italian Native speaker
