We are looking for a full time Junior Legal Counsel that serves as in-house counsel providing legal support to internal and external stakeholders, including retail network affiliates, as well as assisting the Company in the legal cases it is involved in;
liaising with and assisting the appointed Law Firms; providing legal support to internal and external stakeholders; managing legal documents concerning pending litigations; attending to legal correspondence; assisting the Company in extra-judicial litigations; drafting and negotiating contracts with retail network affiliates; preparing reports (including reports in excel format), executive summaries and decks.

**You will be asked to**:

- Providing documents and information to instruct legal cases
- Checking status of the litigations and providing inputs to let progress pending cases
- Monitoring deadlines and juggle calendars
- Holding meetings and video-calls with other Departments and legal providers
- Drafting letters and liaising with counterparties’ lawyers
- Preparing power point presentations and excel reports
- Advising internal stakeholders on legal and regulatory matters
- Performs other duties as required by the business as they arise
