Responsibilities are:

- Provide customer service and manage the B2C channel offering appropriate solutions by mail, phone, company site, social channels, etc.
- Provide information on order and shipment status and order availability
- Promote ordinary maintenance services with original spare parts
- Provide technical support to Back Office to ensure timely and accurate customer feedback
- Be the technical reference for the online channel.
- Bachelor in Foreign languages
- 2/3 years experience in Commercial Back Office
- Excellent knowledge (writing, listening, speaking) in German and English
- Good command of Microsoft office suite.

We are looking for a very precise and accurate person, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
