ThinkIN is looking for a Marketing Specialist.

**Your Characteristics**:

- Creative and ready to face new challenges and take initiatives
- Enjoy working both in team and independently and able to manage workload peaks
- Ability to contribute to international working environment and have an open and out of the box approach
- Multi-tasking skills and can-do attitude
- Willingness and ability to travel

**Your Responsibilities**
- Drive the creation of engaging content (e.g, blog posts and case studies) to promote across different digital platforms
- Brand promotion (social media, newsletters, brochures, presentations and other marketing materials etc);
- Marketing analysis, segmentation, and product positioning
- Organisation and participation to exhibitions
- Collaboration with partners for co-marketing activities

**Your Qualifications**
- University Degree economics, marketing and communication, business administration, engineering, or computer science
- 4+ years' experience in B2B marketing preferably with experience in the digital transformation area
- Excellent knowledge of English both written and oral
- Previous experience with Paid Ads (Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Good knowledge of digital tools and channels (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube,)
- Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis across different platforms (e.g.,Google Analytics, CRM systems )
- Knowledge of marketing strategy and business development
- Excellent creative writing skills and strong experience in producing written content
- Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
