Job Title

Manager, Products & Solutions

The Manager, Products & Solutions will be part of the Consumer & Digital team and they will support the overall end-to-end responsibility for Products go-to-market plans and sales enablement in Italy, reporting directly to the Director, Products & Solutions

They will work closely with Business Development and Sales & Account Management teams to support the sales force on embedding Core Products and managing also the deployments and integration.

Moreover, the Manager, Products & Solutions will collaborate with the Regional Product Management teams as well as the different Country Product & Services teams (such as C&I, Open Banking, SME) to provide local market input to the Global Product strategy, and to translate and localize that strategy for implementation in the country.

This role requires execution abilities, payments business orientation, proven cross-functional project management and knowledge of the payments value chain.

Role:

- Deliver ongoing Italy customer commitments, specifically supporting and accelerating the migration of customer portfolios to Mastercard (debit and credit)
- Provide Go-to-Market plan and sales enablement for new solution launches (ESG, BNPL)
- Provide Voice of Customer to inform the local and regional teams
- Manage cross-functional relationships with the country’s Sales & Account Management teams to develop product commercialization strategy
- Develop Go To Market plans and adapt sales enablement content for new product launches and, in collaboration with Sales team, deliver sales training
- Oversee the successful delivery and launch of new initiatives
- Support business development through relevant customer meetings, RFP response support, translate deal-specific needs into product requirements (where applicable)
- Develop deep understanding of Core Products and channels from both an issuer, acquirer and consumer perspectives in order to effectively inform strategy

Professional experience:

- Relevant experience in product management, with proven track record to bring new products and innovations to market
- Strong experience in Payment systems of banks and strong understanding of the payments value chain
- Experience in credit/debit/BNPL/ESG products
