**About this vacancy**:
You will manage the full R&D project lifecycle, coordinate teams, monitor progress, handle international stakeholders, report to management, mitigate risks, and support product strategy.

**What we expect from you**:

- Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, or Management Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Gantt, KPI tracking, etc.)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with international suppliers and clients
