Il dipartimento Operations è il cuore dell'attività di Nielsen. Il Team, composto da persone - che provengono da diverse discipline e background, si occupa di garantire la qualità dei dati - forniti, di testare nuove funzionalità, di svolgere analisi complesse e fornire informazioni sui - dati in tutto il mondo. - Stiamo cercando Data Delivery Operator da inserire all’interno del nostro Team. Ti - occuperai di tutte le operazioni necessarie al fine di assicurare il rilascio quotidiano dei dati - Auditel in linea con il livello di qualità richiesto. **Responsabilità**: - Eseguire i controlli pre-consegna necessari per garantire un corretto rilascio dei dati. - Ricevere e soddisfare le richieste dei clienti configurando il sistema di produzione dei dati. - Assicurare che i test delle nuove versioni del software di produzione siano accurati. - Collaborare e allinearsi con tutti i reparti di Tam al fine di garantire lo scambio delle informazioni necessarie alla corretta gestione del processo. - Aggiornare costantemente la documentazione del processo. - Rilascio di tutti i report standard giornalieri, mensili e annuali (ad esempio: trend degli indicatori di audience, ascolti mensili delle emittenti nazionali e locali). - Preparazione di analisi ad hoc. **Requisti**: - Diploma liceale, preferibilmente di tipo tecnico. - Ottima conoscenza di Google Suite/Pacchetto Office, la creazione di macro con Visual Basic è considerata un plus. - Buona conoscenza di inglese scritto e parlato. - È gradita la conoscenza dei comandi Unix di base. - La conoscenza técnica di linguaggi come perl, pyton o altri linguaggi di programmazione è considerata un plus. - Grande attenzione ai dettagli per garantire la qualità dei dati. - Attitudine al lavoro di squadra. - Buona gestione dello stress. - Capacità di individuare i problemi e di attivare le procedure più idonee per ridurli al minimo. - Proattività e spirito di iniziativa. Orario di lavoro Il reparto deve garantire il controllo dei dati di audience tutti i giorni dell'anno. - Il ruolo prevede la disponibilità a coprire i turni da remoto nei fine settimana e nei giorni - festivi (circa una volta al mese). - L'orario di lavoro nei giorni feriali è flessibile, dalle 7.30 alle 9.30, ma si richiede la - disponibilità a iniziare alle 7.30 del mattino quando necessario.
