All’interno della Direzione _“_CEO Office_”, MBDA Italia SpA è alla ricerca di un “Italy Sustainability ESG Data Manager ”.

Titolo di studio richiesto:

- Master’s Degree in Engineering/Environment/Science/Economics
- Votazione mínima:
Esperienza professionale (_indicare il tipo di esperienza richiesta e gli anni minimi e massimi di esperienza_)
- At least 2 years of experience in sustainability issues

Attività previste per il ruolo:
La Risorsa prescelta si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- Gap Analysis missing and uncertain data, definition and structuring of the reporting process, baseline definition, documented traceability, implementation of the process fully operational
- Oversee the collection, validation, and analysis of ESG data across various business units
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of ESG data
- Enhance ESG reporting and disclosures and Annual Reports and drive awareness with staff on how these relate to business operations (247 figures - 30% of the total)
- Management of Carbon Footprint of Organization Analysis in compliance with ISO 14064-1 and uncertainty reduction actions plan and emissions reduction actions plan
- Lead on the development and maintenance of software systems used for ESG data, ensuring they are fit for purpose in association with software manufacturers and liaise with IT over the testing and installation of new versions
- In relation to the above software maintain effective document control, adding and deleting documents and communicating changes to users and administering the access rights of personnel around the business
- Oversee, maintain develop and report on systems to manage all departmental data
- Lead in collation of data for sustainability reporting including the annual Sustainability Report (eg energy management, water consumption and biodiversity, employees, diveristy&inclusion, H&S, compliance, training,...) and other regular updates for stakeholders. Carry out regular checks for accuracy of data
- Carry out training of business support staff as necessary to ensure understanding of data needed and accurate input of data into the established systems is available to all personnel

Competenze Professionali:

- Knowledge of GHG accounting, calculation, and reporting
- Experience across net-zero, science-based targets and decarbonisation strategies
- Proficiency with energy, environmental and social data management tools
- Analytical, systematic, and thorough
- Highly organised, with effective task prioritisation skills and an eye for detail
- Experience in data management and data traceability
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working in an international, dedicated, and highly motivated team
- Knowledge of Environmental, Social and Governance principles
- Knowledge of UN 2030 Agenda (17 Sustainable Development Goals), CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive), ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standard), ISO 14064-1 (regarding Corporate GHG emissions) and ISO 14067 (regarding GHG emissions linked to the product), ISO 14040-044 LCA, ISO 59020 Measurement & Evaluation of Circularity

Conoscenze linguistiche:

- English language at least level B2
