The YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP are seeking an enthusiastic Consumer Research Platform Specialist to join Yoox Net-a-porter Group Consumer Research Team.

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

- Own relationships with research technology providers to ensure smooth running of platform management projects, including introducing new technical solutions and processes to maximize value and efficiency of platforms
- Monitor industry standards and innovation across consumer research technology to introduce new processes, techniques and tools best aligned with business needs
- Project manage implementation and roll out of new technology solutions
- Manage customer research panels:

- Plan and execute dynamic and always-on respondent recruitment roadmap to ensure relevant respondent sample availability
- Plan and execute community member engagement and community health initiatives to ensure high response rates
- Design and build data visualisation dashboards to increase reporting efficiency
- Become a research panel expert supporting other team members in best practice of building and deploying a variety of quantitative surveys
- Support global head of consumer research in driving panel/ data monetization efforts
- Manage customer feedback programmes’ platfroms:

- Design, implement and evolve feedback sampling approaches to ensure robust data sets available for driving relevant insight in the business
- Drive end to end deployment and maintenance of customer feedback touchpoints
- Project manage data feed automations to enrich insight and support closing the loop with customers
- Design and build data visualisation dashboards to increase reporting effciency
- Project manage onboarding, implementation and roll out of new customer feedback tools, overseeing all aspects of the project from setting deadlines and assigning responsibilities to monitor and summarize progress
- Manage and drive roadmap of customer feedback tools upgrades allowing for more efficient data collection, insight visibility and closing the loop with customers

The type of person we are looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree, Project Management certification is a plus
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in a similar position
- Experience with online research platforms such as survey software
- Excellent data analysis, reporting and Program & Project Management skills
- Understanding of market research
- Experience using statistical analysis tools such as SPSS, Tableau, Excel to work with large sets of data an advantage
- Strong aptitude for technology and ability/desire to learn new software
- Progressive mindset with a can-do-attitude and strong initiative
- Proven ability to work in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment
- Ability to engage with stakeholders across the business to deliver results
- Excellent time management, organizational, project management and communication skills
