The Company has been active since the 1970s under the chairmanship of Francesco Casoli. Over 3000 employees play their part in helping us produce about 17 million items a year between hoods and electric motors. Our production platform centres around five countries including Italy, Poland, Mexico and China and makes us the outright leaders in the world in the sector of hoods and among the leaders in Europe in the design, production and distribution of electric motors for hoods and heating system boilers.

**THE IMPACT**:
Support planning and management of training plans, in line with the company strategy and training needs of all departments

**MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Collect Training needs according to HR Managers and Line Managers, supporting them by identifying the most efficient training paths;
- Support the creation of the training budget, by integrating the training needs collected from the business with the one from people strategy;
- Identify, throught scouting activities, innovative training and new training partners;
- Plan and organize training courses;
- Prepare the didactic material for the training courses (records, facilities booking, ecc..);
- Monitor the training courses through feedback forms;
- Store all informations (didactic materials, attendance, ecc..) in SuccessFactors LMS;
- Support the Onboarding process and the EHS training.

**Requisiti**:

- At least Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Economics, Law or similar (Master in human resources management will be considered a plus);
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and database management;
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills;
- Previous experience will be considered a plus.
