For our Solution Delivery team in Region Italy we are looking for a Social and Connected Care Delivery Lead who will lead projects and resources in Social and Connected Care Domain.

We are looking for people with deep knowledge in the domain, passionate and eager to play a primary role in an organization that is in heavy transformation to cope with our ever changing market and customers.

Key Accountabilities

Key accountabilities and responsibilities of this role include:

- Work with the Italian Region Service Leadership, identifying and adopting Delivery best practices;
- Organize and coordinates the work in the assigned area;
- Escalation point for resource assignment and resource planning and scheduling;
- Support sales and pre-sales for estimating process;
- Partecipate to events in Social and Connected Care domain;
- Can be in touch with the relative PBU in order to be aligned on service and product launch.

Abilities, Skills & Education:

- Deep knowledge of Social and Connected Care in Italy Region;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Great organisational skills for composite teams;
- A passion for working with people;
- Familiarity with Presentation, video;
- Ability to use own judgement and initiative in problem resolution and escalation;
- Sound command of the English language.

- Flexible location in one of our office - hybrid with remote.
- In consideration of the scope of the business, the role may require work outside of and/or beyond the Company’s normal business hours.
