**AccessiWay**, the first company fully dedicated to digital accessibility, is looking for a **motivated and charismatic Sales Development Representative** to join our growing team and support the Sales Department by identifying and developing potential clients.

** Your Mission**
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to support the full sales cycle.
Use a consultative and creative approach to understand clients’ goals and deliver value.
Stay up to date on accessibility trends and continuously improve your sales techniques.
Show a genuine desire to learn and implement best practices.
**What You Bring**
** 2-3 years of experience in outbound sales** or lead generation.
Experience using **CRM platforms** and lead generation tools such as **Apollo, Lusha, and Lemlist**.
A **charismatic, passionate, and customer-focused** attitude.
Motivation, autonomy, and resilience — you’re proactive, self-driven, and adaptable to change.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Fluency in Italian and English
Team spirit and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
**Nice to Have**
Previous experience in **B2B service sales** and **lead generation**.
Familiarity with the Italian market.
Background in selling **SaaS products**.
