Associate - Fixed Income Sales

**Posizione**:
We are looking for a highly motivated, teamworking individual with solid financial markets knowledge (primarily fixed income) to build on his career within a growing EMEA platform committed to expand its secondary trading footprint, across France, Italy, Spain and UK.

Marketing fixed income products to achieve customer franchise revenue with qualitative target. The role will require excellent communication skills to guide and communicate ideas to clients in the matters of market updates, trade ideas or operational. A devoted team player who’s able to cope with trading floor situations, in particular Flow Team’s coverage expansion concentrated on Flow Credit with relationship building with both clients and colleagues.

**Key Responsibilities**

Generate franchise from marketing Fixed Income Flow products to customers
- Deliver ideas and trade recommendations; whilst providing the professional level of execution service and advice
- Monitor and manage existing collateral positions against clients and (e.q. Repo, financing)
- Responsible for client penetration across the entirety of fixed income product offering
- Responsible for ensuring seamless execution, booking and overall transaction management
- Improve FI Flow business
- Strengthen and professionally maintain existing highly sophisticated clients

**Requisiti**:
**_Qualification & Experience_**
- Bachelor degree
- Experience in trading/credit sales
- 2 to 4 years in the market
- have experience covering EU FIG clients
- credit product knowledge

**_Knowledge & Skills_**
- PC literacy (Microsoft Office including word, excel and powerpoint)
- Bloomberg, Market Axess literacy

**_Language_**
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Knowledge of French language will be a preferred plus
