**Marketing Specialist/Event Specialist**:**

In this role, you will be responsible for executing the Customer experience strategy and content creation Strategy through Event, Fairs, Digital Event to support growth, marketing and sales goals for a specific solution or project. You will be asked to identify market opportunities that are in line with our strategical objectives.

**This position reports to**:
Customer Experience & Content Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Design and lead the Italian online and offline event strategy including trade fairs; simultaneously plan, manage and execute seamless and impactful Italian events;
- Interface with event organizers, venues, vendors and suppliers to deliver the experiences;
- Support event production projects throughout the life cycle including key objectives, milestones, budget, deadlines, speaker management, content management, event registration and other;
- Collaborate across functional teams and provide consistent, clear communication of event; collaborate with digital teams to identify innovative opportunities and create value for the company;
- Defining and developing prototypes of new offerings and experiences to test and refine concepts in-market;
- Be the main reference for the specific project, you will be ask to pull the strings of all the activities that will be conducted by your colleagues;
- Identify customer touchpoints and methods of engagement according with CX Specialist;
- Develop the value proposition in collaboration with Product Management and CX Specialist.

**Your background**:

- Degree in design, marketing, communication,
- Operative knowledge of Web Analytics instruments,
- Strong sense of project management and multi discipline coordination as well as a strong interest for innovative business,
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken,
- Ability to deliver perfect pitches and to make efficient keynotes and detect the target’s need and translate it into a strategy,
- Proactivity, teamwork skills, problem solving and result orientation will complete your profile.
