We are currently looking for an Area Manager to join our Spirits Division that will be responsible for the region. The role will focus on Spirtis portfolio performance, ensuring alignment on annual targets, marketing and trade marketing plans and people management strategy.
**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Ensure annual sales plans in the region and full support of our sales agents for their growth (providing selling stories, tools and support on daily basis).
- Manage execution of local activations and interaction with Marketing, Trade Marketing to deliver business results, brand presence on regional level.
- Identify and develop new customers and commercial opportunities to achieve territory revenue goals.
- Provide the customer with product technical and commercial information necessary to obtain a purchase order, including but not limited to preparing proposals, making proposal presentations, and negotiating final purchase agreement price and terms.
- Be the point of reference for IT Digital Innovation department to make our IT and Digital transformation true.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 Years of Managerial Experience within Horeca Channel/On Premise (Ideal Spirits & Beverage background)
- Fluent in Italian and upper intermediate English
- High Communicating & Influencing, Analytical Mindset
