- Inside the _PD & Industrial Department, the _Shoes Production & Industrialisation Technician will:_

**Support the production critical path design**
- Support the Production planning team to achieve the seasonal production critical path deadlines by floor set for shoes collection
- Identify material critical path and cut off date and ensure deadlines are communicated to the Procurement team.
- Identify the production critical needs and ensure these are communicated appropriately internally and externally.

**Control the production progress**
- Liaise with the Procurement planning team, Development and Quality** **team to ensure that the deadlines agreed on the critical path are respected
- Set up and manage appropriate reporting to communicate delivery status to London Procurement production team.
- Discuss and propose solutions to any concerns which may cause delay to product delivery with vendors, Development, Production, Quality.
- Work very closely with Quality and Product Development to support fast and appropriate decision to be taken in order to meet agreed business delivery requirements.
- Take part in the Supplier Rating Process and manage the supplier planning section

**Profile**
- At least 2 years of previous experience in Shoes Development and Production processes
- Deep knowledge of Production Planning and Shoes Production processes
- Sense of urgency and ability to manage deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (both with internal departments and suppliers)
