Our new Tax Specialist will be part of a busy Tax department, providing Italian tax services to a wide range of foreign clients. S/He will be supported for growth by one of our Seniors and TMF Business Academy. We are looking forward to getting to know you

**Key Responsibilities**
- Tax, and corporate services for Italian companies and subsidiaries of multinational groups;
- Management of yearly tax compliance (CIT return, VAT return, WHT return);
- Preparing statutory financial statements, including additional notes and management reports;
- Support the A&T team for monthly reporting packages to clients;
- Supporting the Client Controller in the finalization of the year-end Management Accounts and performing the year-end accruals;
- Computation of yearly corporate income/local taxes (IRES, IRAP), property taxes, and corporate duties;
- Supporting the Accounting team for periodic VAT-WHT compliance;
- Supporting the Client HQ for review of accounting ledgers and performing adjustments in compliance with Italian Law;
- Assistance for incorporation of SPVs, registration of branches, transfer of shares or branch of business, winding up of companies.

**About you**
- Good English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage several tasks for different clients
- At least 1 year of experience (better if made in similar environments
