We are now looking for a **L&OD Service Instructional Content Designer t **o join our team in **Bologna, Italy.**

By identifying target audience's training needs and learning objectives, the L&D Instructional Designer creates and implements the learning path by designing documentation and multi-media content, also providing exercises and activities that enhance the students' learning process.

**Your main responsibilities as a L&OD Service Instructional Content Designer will be**:

- Develop learning objectives to include audience, behavior, conditions, and standards;
- Build assessments as needed to support learning objectives;
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation,
- and presentations;
- Maintain training content integrity, update existing course material;
- Adhere to deadlines, project commitments and deliverables;
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables;
- Plan and schedule project timelines;
- Identify and manage project dependencies;
- Participate in review cycles;
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project;
- Participate in unconventional educational activities (outdoor etc).
- Due to the need for close coordination with the central Academy Team, the resource should be based in Castel Guelfo di Bologna - Italy. Travelling may occur.

**_In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have: _**
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electrotechnical Engineering or diploma / secondary school;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in curriculum development and training delivery, preferable is service context;
- Ability to analyse, communicate, and shift priorities to manage business needs;
- Naturally creative and imaginative, strong problem-solving ability;
- Demonstrate the ability to breakdown and deliver a complex message to a variety of audiences;
- Strong interviewing techniques;
- Learning Management System experience required.

Nice to have:

- Software Knowledge: Macromedia E-Learning Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline.
