**Position Summary**:
Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Laureando/a o Neolaureato/a da inserire in area Finance/Accounting per un progetto di **Internship Business Analysis **per la nostra sede di **Arco (TN)**.

**Obiettivi Formativi e Attività Svolte**:
Obiettivi Formativi:
Conoscenza del contesto, delle funzioni, dei processi fondamentali in ambito aziendale ed industriale con particolare attenzione alla stima e all'analisi dei costi.

Attività svolte:

- Possibilità di apprendere i processi aziendali, attraverso la visita dei reparti di lavorazione (assemblaggio e lavorazioni meccaniche)
- Stima dei costi di alcune distinte basi: affiancato da personale esperto, il tirocinante potrà comprendere i processi decisionali dell’analisi make or buy
- Contatto e collaborazione con i diversi dipartimenti aziendali quali vendite, acquisti e progettazione, per quanto riguarda l’analisi della profittabilità del business acquisti, attività finalizzata alla potenziale riduzioni dei costi e al miglioramento delle marginalità.

**Competenze Acquisite**:
Conoscenza sul campo dei processi produttivi quali: lavorazioni macchine utensili e linee di montaggio

Processo e realizzazione della stima costi di distinte basi complesse costruite con componenti make and buy

Analisi del business e identificazione delle aree di miglioramento

**Conoscenze iniziali richieste**:
Neolaureato / laureando in Ingegneria Gestionale/Industriale e/o Economia

Conoscenza della lingua inglese

Conoscenze di struttura di impresa e sue attività operative

Interesse ad operare in un ambiente multidisciplinare

Caratteristiche personali:
Capacità ascolto

Interesse per la técnica in particolare per le tecnologie produttive del settore meccanico

Interesse all'analisi del processo produttivo e relativi costi

Interesse all'analisi finanziaria del business
