Production Operator

As a **Manufacturing Production Worker**, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production equipment, including machining, processing, assembly, or packaging machinery. Your role is critical to ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining equipment safety and efficiency, and supporting team members.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up production equipment and prepare necessary supplies before executing job orders.
- Operate manufacturing equipment safely and effectively to meet production goals.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition by performing regular inspections and maintenance.
- Identify equipment malfunctions, perform repairs, and coordinate replacements as needed.
- Assist junior operators with their assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- Clean and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Evaluate equipment performance and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Operate trucks and other industrial vehicles to transfer equipment between warehouse and production areas.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies related to equipment operation.

**Hiring Requirements**:

- Proven experience in operating and maintaining manufacturing production equipment.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical ability to handle equipment and perform manual tasks.
- Valid license for operating industrial vehicles (preferred).
