**Store Manager - Milano Quadrilatero**

All’interno della Boutique, la risorsa avrà la piena gestione del negozio, del team, garantendo alla clientela locale ed internazionale un eccellente servizio.

**Le principali responsabilità saranno**:

- Gestione delle risorse garantendone lo sviluppo di tecniche di vendita volte a fornire un’eccellente customer experience;
- Coordinamento di tutte le attività quantitative e qualitative dello store (budget, fatturato, qualità del servizio e cultura aziendale);
- Analisi dei dati di vendita e delle performance dello store, con relativa assegnazione degli obiettivi al personale di vendita;
- Gestione delle attività di visual merchandising: organizzazione del piano di vendita e rotazione delle diverse proposte vetrina e layout, in linea con gli standard aziendali;
- Sviluppo di iniziative commerciali finalizzate al raggiungimento degli obiettivi assegnati ed alla creazione di un network di relazioni al fine di incrementare il pacchetto clienti;
- Gestione amministrativa dello store e controllo del magazzino.

**Requisiti**:

- Esperienza pregressa nel retail
- Forte attitudine alla risoluzione dei problemi
- Forti capacità comunicative e relazionali
- Padronanza della lingua inglese
- Conoscenza delle dinamiche del lusso
- Spiccate doti di leadership e management delle risorse, propensione al lavoro di squadra e predisposizione alla vendita assistita
