The impact you'll have- You will join our Group Controlling and FP&A team, based in our HQ in Milan, working in a young, challenging and dynamic environment- You will work in close collaboration with the BU Controlling teams to help deploying strategic initiatives and giving guidance on special projects that impact the entire organization- You will critically analyse historical financial data with the goal to provide insights to the Group Finance Management- You will actively align colleagues from all legal entities worldwide to provide consistent data at HQ level- You will develop and implement new reporting processes, actively participating in the continuous improvement of the function- You will interact with other functions within the Group and external consultants to collect inputs for budgeting and strategic planning- You will support in the deployment of strategic initiatives and special projects that impact the entire organization

The attitudes and skills we’re looking for- You have a bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Economics/ Management Engineering or other related fields- You have 2-3 years’ experience in in a top leading Consulting firm, Private Equity, M&A boutique or in FP&A functions within International environments which have experienced recent transformation (better if PE owned)- You have gained work/studying experience abroad
- _preferrable_- You understand well how to read Financial statements (P&L, BS and CF)- Your previous experience using SAP and PowerBI would be considered a plus- You are an analytical thinker, with a strong attention to detail and a significant ability to manage large amounts of data and complex files- You have business acumen: I.e., the capability to read and understand information, data, and trends to facilitate the decision-making process.- You have a dynamic attitude and the ability to work under pressure and with very tight deadlines.- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written
