Salesforce Administrator

**Your role in our Mission**
Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission we are looking for a Salesforce Administrator. The main focus will be helping all parts of the business operate efficiently and successfully and will partner with our Sales, Marketing, Support, and Finance departments. You will ensure the support and success of their daily operational and strategic goals and will be working in a fast-paced environment that is both exciting and challenging.

**Some of Your Responsibilities & Core Duties will be**:

- Creating and maintaining documentation on business processes, policies, system configuration, Salesforce flows, and training materials
- Managing the platform data security including the design, build, document, test, and deploy enhancements using best practices
- Analyzing business requirements, procedures and providing solutions
- Keeping up to date with Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements
- Assisting with testing Apex development in a testing environment
- Training users on how to run reports and dashboards to ensure Salesforce meets their needs
- Provisioning new chat channels and supporting them

**The Experience and Key Skills you will have**:

- At least 2 years experience in a similar role coupled with a Salesforce Administration Qualification
- Experience with Lightning App Builder and proficient using Process Builder
- A strong technical desire to work with software and learn, optimise and rework business processes
- An ability to partner closely with stakeholders and work collaboratively
- Excellent English communication skills with sound interpersonal skills
- An analytical mindset, high attention to detail and enjoy operational problem solving

- A telephonic screening call with a member of the Talent Acquisition team
- First interview with the Business Operations Manager and AR Team Leader
- Final interview with the Business Operations Manager and Revenue Ops Director
