LeasePlan Italia è alla ricerca di n. 1 Termination Support da inserire all’interno della Direzione Operations. Il ruolo riporta direttamente al End of Contract Supervisor.

SCOPO DELLA POSIZIONE:
Assicurare le attività operative di chiusura del veicolo giunto a fine locazione.

PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA’:

- Assicurare la chiusura nel sistema informatico dei contratti di locazione, a ricezione del verbale di restituzione dei contratti standard e non standard (furti totali, total loss, appropriazioni indebite);
- Controllare la data di scadenza della revisione ministeriale ai fini della vendita usato o del possibile rinoleggio;
- Controllare la presenza dei documenti di circolazione ed eventuale gestione della richiesta di riemissione documento;
- Inserire/aggiornare in CRI dati tecnici/schede veicoli mancanti;
- Elaborare report operativi in merito alle attività legate al normal business (chiusure Termination, stock dei veicoli);
- Controllare il chilometraggio, alla riconsegna, rispetto alla rilevazione della Telematica;
- Controllare la correttezza dell’importo fatturato dai fornitori nel rispetto delle tariffe previste dai contratti;
- Monitorare i veicoli sospesi rispetto al processo di rivendita;
- Gestire se necessario e/o richiesto, dei reclami e delle richieste di informazioni ricevute dai clienti e/o driver (CRM).

CONOSCENZE - CAPACITA’- ATTITUDINI:

- Laurea;
- Conoscenza del mercato automotive;
- Competenze in ambito peritale;
- Customer satisfaction orientation;
- Orientamento ai risultati;
- Capacità di analisi ed elaborazione;
- Conoscenza perizie tecniche/preventivi di carrozzeria e meccanica;
- Gestione rapporti con fornitori/clienti;
- Problem solving
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese
- AS400, Pacchetto Office, CRI
