**HR SPECIALIST**:
La risorsa, riportando alla Responsabile Risorse Umane e in collaborazione con il team HR, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- supporto nella ricerca e selezione del personale e onboarding
- attivazione tirocini curriculari ed extracurriculari
- organizzare incontri con scuole, enti formativi, associazioni per far conoscere l'azienda
- fornire supporto nell’organizzazione dei corsi di formazione interni ed esterni
- seguito della formazione sicurezza sul lavoro, organizzazione e reportistica
- organizzazione e seguito della formazione interna ed esterna degli apprendisti
- amministrazione base del personale

Profilo

laurea indirizzo umanistico, ottima conoscenza pacchetto Office, strumenti Google (drive ecc)

un’esperienza di almeno 2-3 anni in ruoli analoghi

buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e/o francese

completano il profilo ottime doti relazionali, comunicative e di problem solving; affidabilità, serietà, estrema riservatezza, flessibilità e proattività.
