**Posizione**:
- Supporto, preventivazione e consuntivazione lavori per conto dei responsabili commerciali Aftermarket;
- Inserimento dati Privacy, gestione documentazione e attivazione delle coperture di garanzia delle macchine vendute;
- Supporto alla rete post vendita, con assistenza completa in merito alla gestione dei reclami
- Utilizzo dei sistemi per la gestione dei ricambi e dei reclami in garanzia, anche attraverso il contatto diretto con il dipartimento garanzie di Casamadre.
**Requisiti**:
- Preferibile titolo di studio ad indirizzo tecnico;
- Gradita provenienza dai settori logística, automotive e similari;
- Gradita esperienza in attività di help desk;
- Conoscenza di base di elettro-meccanica;
- Conoscenza dei principali sistemi informatici e di quelli specifici legati alla gestione degli ordini a magazzino (es. SAP, IDMS e simili), nonché degli strumenti di MS Office;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata.
- Viene inoltre richiesta_:
- Capacità di comprendere le dinamiche aziendali e di business;
- Proattività e capacità di risoluzione dei problemi;
- Mentalità aperta e flessibilità nello svolgimento delle proprie mansioni;
- Capacità di lavorare in gruppo, interagendo quotidianamente con altre divisioni aziendali, in modo collaborativo, accurato e metodico.
