**Job Description**:
In your role as Ocean Export Team Leader, you will have ownership of running the Export Team in an effective manner and keep the Toll team spirit thriving by setting the right tone as a people leader. - Coordinate your team, perform hands-on operational work, daily planning by balancing the workload on your department and minimizing overtime
- Coach your team and be accountable for your department’s overall performance (quality, punctuality, attendance, etc.)
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments to meet both business and client KPIs
- Identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement of work processes and implement those
- Build strong relationships by ensuring all issues (complaints, claims, etc.) are tended to and solved within a given timeline
- Initiate approval of new customers

**Qualifications**:
We are looking for:

- Knowledge of freight forwarding requirements, market and regulations
- Ideally 5 years of operational experience in sea freight export
- Awareness of cargo security and dangerous goods
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
- Attention to detail, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in people leadership and CW1 skills would be a plus
