**Posizione**

Il nostro team di **HR Planning, Reporting & Rewards** è alla ricerca di un giovane talento da inserire in stage all’interno del dipartimento HR, per occuparsi di attività legate al mondo **HR** **Cost Controlling**. Questa opportunità rappresenta un’occasione unica per partecipare a progetti strategici finalizzati al monitoraggio dei costi HR, alla definizione del budget e dei forecast e all’ottimizzazione dei processi, sviluppando competenze pratiche e approfondendo dinamiche chiave in un contesto aziendale dinamico e innovativo.

**Ecco un esempio delle tue attività**:

- Contribuire al monitoraggio del costo HR
- Partecipare all’analisi dei dati di performance finanziaria e operativa sia per il perimetro italiano che estero
- Supportare il reporting periodico, garantendo accuratezza e puntualità
- Collaborare con il team Finance per analizzare i costi legati al personale

**Sei la persona giusta per questa posizione se hai**:

- Formazione accademica in ambito economico, statistico o affini
- Ottima conoscenza di Excel e PowerPoint; la conoscenza di strumenti di analisi dati sarà un plus
- Interesse per il mondo HR e per i temi di Compensation & Benefits, Total Reward, o Cost Controlling.
- Capacità analitiche, attenzione ai dettagli e orientamento al risultato
- Proattività, capacità di lavorare in team e voglia di mettersi alla prova in un contesto dinamico
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
