We are looking for a junior professional to join us as Marketing & Communication Specialist. Our office in the Milan area is located in Cinisello Balsamo. The Junior Digital Communication Specialist will work closely with Web Marketing and Communication Manager in collaboration with Product Marketing Managers to provide operational support for digital marketing, developing and executing social media and marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote company brand.
Time management, ability to work independently and in team, communication with international teams, organizational skills and prioritization of tasks are essential.

**These Will Be Your Main Responsibilities**
- Provides local marketing & communication support for sales and marketing teams
- Creates digital marketing e visual contents (social media)
- Create digital Images and videos
- Help in fairs & customer events organization
- Serves as a liaison with Marketing team
- Reporting & analyzing
**This Is What We Are Looking For**
- Maximum 3 years of relevant experience in communications in B2B environment
- Good level of written and spoken Italian and English.
- **
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, video, etc.)**
- Software Marketing Automation - Marketo preferred
- Adobe suite (Indesign, Photoshop & Illustrator) - basic level
- Website management experience - **Adobe experience manager preferred**
- Precision, excellent organization skills, ability to respect deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude.
- Independence and proactivity in performing assigned tasks
- The ability to complete projects in a timely manner, and in an organized, systematic, and transparent way
- The ability to function independently in a rapidly evolving environment
- A can-do attitude, hunger to learn, and proactive
- The ability to work on own while also being a real team player
- The maturity to ask for help when needed and report issues when necessary
- An open mind embracing professional diversity: you can easily adapt to new processes, be open to ideas of colleagues of different departments, and help to refine them and come with new efficiency improvements
