- Junior Production Planner

**Ruolo**:
Plan production orders and keep under control the production scheduling of one or more product line within the manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Planning Manager, she/he will be part of the Planning team. The JR Production Planner also works proactively with functional teams such as Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Operations and Purchasing, to assure the on-time delivery of products.University degree and 1 year suggested minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requested knowledge of theory and principles of production planning in a MRP-He/She will be in charge of the following activities:

- elaborate the production schedule, in collaboration with Planner Manager and Customer Order team
- keep under control the Material Request to drive Procurement
- set and balance the production workload
- monitor the production progress and report planning accuracy
- daily support of production needs (expediting material, setting priorities, rescheduling) to meet customer demand and resolve issues/gaps
- help define correct safety stock levels and replenishment signals, in order to minimize stock levels while meeting customers' expectation
- help prepare phase in/phase out analysis
- collaborate in cycle counts and physical inventories
- work in team with other departments in order to assure the on-time delivery of products

**Requirements**:

- Bechelor's Degree in Engineering, a bachelor's degree in operations, logistics or supply chain management, statistics;
- At least 1 year of experience in the role;
- English Language.
- Experience in use of ERP environment.
- Proficiency with all Microsoft SW's Office automation, particularly Excel
- Experiences of work in an integrated environment, from design to manufacturing.
- Have good analytical, troubleshooting skills.
- A life-long learner and versatility, with an insatiable curiosity and desire for knowledge and learning.
- Drive for discontinuity: able to work on several activities in parallel.
- Eager to work in a dynamic and growing organization with high and demanding targets

Temporary contract just for 1 year
