Cushman & Wakefield’s office experts help our local and international clients, both landlords and tenants, identify and align strategic business, financial, and operational objectives with real estate requirements.

As a **Consultant**on the Office Agency team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and targeting clients, with a particular focus on small office spaces (smaller than 1.000 sqm) in Milan city center. You’ll be responsible for handling the entire leasing process, from the creation of the marketing campaign to lease negotiation with potential tenants up to signature of the leasing contracts. To achieve this goal, you will gain in-depth knowledge of the real estate market and develop a true passion for this sector.

You will report directly to the Head of the Office Agency Italy.

**Your responsibilities**
- Market scouting aimed at increasing our relations with non-institutional landlords
- Taking on new office leasing mandates in Milan city center for spaces under 1,000 square meters.
- Stay informed about market trends and activity around the office sector
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the “small business” activity
- Identify potential tenants, based on their business type and leasing history, through various channels.
- Conduct property visits for interested tenants.
- Prepare and negotiate terms and conditions documents
- Give your commercial support during the drafting of the leasing contracts

**Your skills and competences**
- Fluency in English and Italian is imperative to be considered for the role
- Real Estate Agency license
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- You are perseverant, resilient and stress resistant,
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently,
- You are a proactive and enthusiastic team player, but also able to work independently,
- Above all, you have a positive and friendly personality.

**Your experience**
- A few years of experience in real estate, in commercial or residential sector, preferably in a client-facing role with experience in leasing contracts and negotiations.
