For our client, an important company leader in the production and sale of components in the architectural sector, we are looking for a Sales Area Manager for the DACH countries with fluent German.

**Responsibilities**:

Your responsibilities will be:

- develop the business on large international architectural projects with the responsibility of supporting designers and companies during the project and construction phase with a consulting approach;
- responsible for finding and activating new customers in the reference area promoting the portfolio of the company's product lines;
- build and maintain contacts with current and prospective customer and project partners;
- responsible for the commercial results of the area of expertise in terms of turnover, active and potential customers, product mix;
- collaborate with the Sales Department and Product Managers;
- identify market trends through market analysis to understand the target market and develop an adequate roadmap and to acquire new opportunities;
- Ensures the updating and maintenance of tools (call reports, new opportunities, CPP update; etc.);
- Participate in seminars dedicated to customers and trade fairs.

Ihre Verantwortung wird sein:

- Entwickeln das Geschäft bei großen internationalen Architekturprojekten mit der Verantwortung, Designer und Unternehmen während der Projekt
- und Bauphase mit einem Beratungsansatz zu unterstützen;
- ist verantwortlich für die Suche und Aktivierung neuer Kunden im Referenzbereich, der das Portfolio der Produktlinien des Unternehmens fördert;
- Aufbauen und pflegen Kontakten zu bestehenden und potenziellen Kunden und Projektpartnern;
- ist verantwortlich für die wirtschaftlichen Ergebnisse des Kompetenzbereichs in Bezug auf Umsatz, aktive und potenzielle Kunden, und Produktmix;
- Zusammenarbeit mit der Verkaufsabteilung und den Produktmanagern;
- Identifizieren Markttrends durch Marktanalyse, um den Zielmarkt zu verstehen und neue Chancen zu erschließen;
- Teilnehmen an Kunden
- und Messeseminaren.

The ideal profile has:

- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent cultural level;
- At least 7 years of broad commercial experience and management of complex projects;
- positive partner with a solution-oriented mindset and good interpersonal skills;
- deep understanding of architectural sector and customer needs;
- strong stakeholder management skills;
- open-minded and creative thinker in finding opportunities and builds on proven success strategies;
- excellent knowledge of German and English;
- Strong orientation towards achieving results and excellent planning and organization skills with ability to work by priority.

Das ideale Profil hat:

- Bachelor oder Master in Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Architektur oder gleichwertiges kulturelles Niveau;
- mindestens 7 Jahre umfassende wirtschaftliche Erfahrung und Management komplexer Projekte;
- positiver Partner mit lösungsorientierter Denkweise und guten zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten;
- tiefes Verständnis von Architekturbranche und Kundenbedürfnissen;
- starke Managementfähigkeiten der Interessenträger;
- aufgeschlossener und kreativer Denker bei der Suche nach Chancen und baut auf bewährten Erfolgsstrategien auf;
- sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse;
- starke Ergebnisorientierung und ausgezeichnete Planungs
- und Organisationsfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, vorrangig zu arbeiten.
