We are looking for a motivated person to join our
**Diabetes Sales Operations Team **for an Internship as Data Entry Operator to update and maintain patients data in our databases.

A good Data Entry Operator requires strong attention to details and excellent written and verbal communication skills. He/She should also have the ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy in an ever-changing working environment.

The person will be based in Milan (Italy) and will report to the Patient Service Supervisor. Don’t miss the opportunity to be part of the

**A Day in the Life**
- Insert patients data in our database by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations
- Scan documents and print files, when needed
- Keep information confidential
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Comply with data integrity and security policies

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- Italian native speaker, with basic English skills
- Time management, precision and attention to detail gathered in wide companies
- Confidence with Outlook
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
- Ability to collaborate cross functionally

**Nice to Have**
- Appreciated experience in Data Entry activities
