Financial Controller - Maternity Cover 30 hrs
- Fidenza, IT, 43036- Part Time- maternity cover - 30hrs**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Reporting- Weekly Sales and Income reporting; creation of Lease ID and tools reporting review
- Monitor, analyse and develop the production of management Cost Variance reports and analysis; tracking income, 3rd Parties expenditures and capex/TI projects.
- Provision of support and co-ordination to the Finance Manager -during the annual budget process.
- Assistance with preparation and updating of forecasts;.
- Assistance with the preparation of ad hoc analyses to Village Initiatives.
- Participate in and develop internal audit work - assistance with the preparation of work programmes, carrying out of actual audits.
- Purchase Ledger- Suppliers’ file maintenance
- Suppliers’ contract file maintenance
- Code and enter Purchase Ledger invoices and credit notes, matching with PO system
- Organise and produce end of month BACS run and ad-hoc payments
- Liaise with Departments to clear anomalies/issues
- Interact with suppliers, deal with queries etc.
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Code and enter expenses
- Reconcile bank accounts

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Good technical skills - consolidation / statutory accounts
- Good Excel skills.
- Exposure to Oracle accounts and Power BI.
- English language useful
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail necessary.
- Ability to deal with individuals in the organisation of all levels and nationalities
