Events and Digital Activation Specialist

**British American Tobacco Italia is looking for an Events and Digital Activation Specialist, to join the Consumer Activation Team based in Rome.**

The role has also in scope the development and execution of consumer activations/events.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Be responsible for the social media channels and ensure a continuative brand communication flow for new categories
- Analyze weekly/monthly social media reports and get relevant insights
- Select and engage content creators and BIG talents to amplify activations and create digital rebound
- Lead social media & content creators/talent agencies
- Build social media listening reports though ad hoc tool
- Develop and complete consumer activations/events with BIG talent to communicate brand novelties and generate a strong media rebound
- Being the point of contact with area/global teams for social media and talent activities
- Collaborate with other End Markets / area teams to keep social media aligned and updated

**What are we looking for?**
- Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Management or other related fields of study
- 3 or 4 years of experience in digital marketing and in consumer engagement activities / events
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office package, in particular of Excel & PowerPoint; Google Analytics is considered a plus
- Interest and curiosity for the digital world and Social media and content creators/talent management
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to a changing environment, fast learner and proactive
- Analytical skills and out of the box approach
- Strong time management and multitasking skills with a flexible approach
