NOW ricerca per la sede di Milano, una risorsa da inserire in STAGE nell’Area Marketing & Proposition, che supporterà il team nell’implementazione delle attività di Content Marketing Sport, sviluppando competenze di marketing, comunicazione e lavoro in squadra:
- Implementazione della strategia di comunicazione dei contenuti sportivi su tutti i mezzi (Direct, Digital, Tv, etc)
- Valorizzazione dei contenuti sportivi all’interno dell’app NOW
- Definizione dei piani Marketing verticali su particolari competizioni sportive e per la programmazione degli eventi sportivi
- Analisi competitive, benchmark di mercato e analisi target di riferimento
- Gestione della reportistica Marketing elaborando i dati e le informazioni principali per il Top Management su base settimanale/mensile/quarter
- Collaborazione con i team di Comunicazione, Partnership e gestione Customer Base di NOW per la definizione dei piani marketing
- Supporto per la stesura delle linee guida verso i clienti
REQUISITI INDISPENSABILI RICHIESTI
- Laurea in Ingegneria/Economia/Marketing/Comunicazione
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e orale
- Capacità analitiche/quantitative e interesse per il marketing
- Capacità di business modeling e business planning
- Conoscenza e interesse per il mercato OTT
- Propensione per la tecnologia e l’innovazione
- Flessibilità, spirito d’iniziativa e capacità relazionale
- Forte passione per lo Sport e le principali competizioni sportive
