ABOUT THE JOB

Are you ready to put Levi’s® at the heart of Italian culture? We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced PR & Brand Program Lead to drive brand heat, cultural relevance, and media impact across Italy.

Key Responsibilities

As the PR & Brand Program Lead for Italy, you’ll own the local PR strategy and brand programming, aligning global and European strategies with local execution to deliver powerful, culture-driving brand moments. You’ll lead a talented internal team and external partners to shape Levi’s® presence in fashion media, pop culture, and lifestyle spaces.

Public Relations:

- Develop and execute integrated PR strategies rooted in consumer insight and market trends
- Lead PR planning for press days, launches, cultural events, and media partnerships
- Secure impactful editorial coverage across fashion, lifestyle, and mainstream media
- Manage media relations with an extensive network of journalists, stylists, influencers, and cultural figures
- Partner with global and corporate teams on executive media engagements and press materials

Brand Programs:

- Build and implement 360° brand programs for Italy, focusing on Milan as a cultural epicenter
- Deliver best-in-class brand experiences that resonate with key communities and drive cultural relevance
- Align with global campaigns while identifying unique local opportunities and partnerships
- Lead creative storytelling and event execution through top-tier agency partners

Leadership & Collaboration:

- Lead and develop a high-performing PR & Brand Programs team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, cluster, and global teams
- Oversee PR showroom operations and seasonal product seeding

Performance & Budget:

- Own the PR budget, planning strategically around brand priorities
- Measure ROI across media and brand activations
- Drive accountability across internal and external teams

ABOUT YOU
- 10+ years in PR and brand communications within fashion/apparel/lifestyle, ideally with in-house experience
- Deep knowledge of the Italian media landscape and cultural scene, especially Milan
- A creative, strategic thinker with a strong eye for aesthetics and storytelling
- Exceptional media and influencer relationships
- Experience managing budgets, teams, and agencies
- Fluent in Italian and English
