**Descrizione della posizione lavorativa**

Per il team Financial Tax della sede di Milano ricerchiamo un professionista che si occuperà di:

- Analisi delle problematiche inerenti l’imposizione diretta domestica e consulenza continuativa a società di capitali operanti in ambito bancario, finanziario e/o assicurativo;
- Pareristica relativa a questioni di fiscalità internazionale (CFC, Black List, Permanent Establishment, Withholding tax, etc);
- Analisi del trattamento fiscale di operazioni di gestione straordinaria (fusioni, scissioni, conferimenti, etc);
- Tax due diligence;
- Tax litigation;
- Tax compliance;
- Trattamento IVA delle operazioni finanziarie;
- Tassazione delle rendite finanziarie.

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Laurea magistrale in Economia con voto di laurea superiore a 100/110;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.

**Desired Characteristics**
- Master in diritto tributario;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
- Ottime capacità relazionali e di team working;
- Flessibilità e dinamicità
