**Principali Responsabilità**:

- Intercettare e identificare materie prime, semilavorati e prodotti finiti non conformi durante le varie fasi di processo, segnalando eventuali non conformità al responsabile.
- Attuare e rispettare le procedure di Qualità, Produzione e prevenzione degli incidenti, sia in condizioni ordinarie che di emergenza.
- Controllare e condurre macchine e dispositivi di sicurezza, verificando la funzionalità degli impianti di protezione.
- Segnalare anomalie o necessità al preposto o responsabile diretto.
- Eseguire operazioni di lavorazione e movimentazione prodotti nel rispetto delle procedure di sicurezza.
- Mantenere il posto di lavoro pulito e ordinato, applicando le metodologie 5S.
- Rispettare le procedure e le istruzioni operative (I.O.) in materia di EHS (Environment, Health and Safety).
- Identificare e segnalare eventi incidentali e situazioni non conformi (Near Miss).
- Utilizzare correttamente i dispositivi di protezione individuale (DPI) e rispettare la cartellonistica di sicurezza.
- Contribuire al miglioramento continuo delle pratiche EHS con suggerimenti adeguati.
- Collaborare efficacemente all’interno del team di lavoro.

**Requisiti**:

- Diploma o laurea (preferibile).
- Flessibilità oraria e disponibilità a lavorare su turni.
- Disponibilità a trasferimenti interni in base alle esigenze aziendali.
- Precedente esperienza in ruoli simili è gradita.
- Conoscenza e utilizzo dei DPI.
- Esperienza di lavoro a contatto con materie prime e semilavorati di natura chimica.
