**CEIPES, **as an employment agency, is currently helping its partner **Accademia IRSEI APS** in the selection of a:
EU PROJECT **MANAGER**
Educational background with priorities **(Applications that do not satisfy the criteria will not be considered)**:
Priority 1: MA in International Relations, Economic Development, International Cooperation or similar, with a structured knowledge of Circular Economy;
**Formation and the generic set of themes that applies for the European Project Management.**
- ENGLISH SPEAKING AND WRITING B2/C1 LEVEL (MANDATORY)_
The main responsibilities for the role are:
1. Plan, organize and direct all activities as required for the full implementation of project goals and objectives;
2. Carry out the foreseen activities and **conduct the field and desk research **in order to develop **project results.**
3. Ensure the project meets its objectives (e.g. targets, budgets and timelines) with appropriate reporting and evaluation**;**
4. Develop new project proposals within strategies of the organization with different National International call for proposal**;**
5. Carrying out risk assessments for the project implemented and making sure the quality standards are met and develop a detailed project plan to **monitor and track progress;**
6. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, **involving all relevant stakeholders **and ensuring technical feasibility**;**
7. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques**;**
8. Successfully manage the relationship with the users, partners and all stakeholders;
9. Create and maintain comprehensive economic, financial and monitoring **project documentation.**
