As a Rooms Division Manager you're always open and available with a friendly smile for your team or to meet every need of our guests ensuring they have the best experience with us.

Your responsibilities include:

- Coordinating the daily operations of all departments of the hotel.
- Supporting your teams to ensure everything is going smoothly.
- Making sure all shifts are covered by planning and communicating the team's roster in time.
- Be responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are achieved.
- Collaborating with the General Manager to develop and maintain departmental highest level of standards.
- Ensuring policies and procedures compliance.

Exceed expectations revealing:

- A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
- 3+ years’ experience in 5-star hotels as a Rooms Division Manager.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse.
- A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Impeccable grooming standards.
- Versatility in handling various work scenarios.
